Stroke Club

Our Stroke Club welcomes stroke survivors and their carers every week to play a full part in our community as well as to take part in a range of fun and interesting activities.

Our Stroke Club runs every Friday and is fully accessible. Some of our volunteers have survived strokes themselves and they now help out at the Club.

Our members and volunteers help decide on a rolling programme of activities. Recent sessions have included music, art, exercise, relaxation, laughing workshops and storytelling. We also arrange occasional trips out for our members.

Our Stroke Champions are always on hand at Club sessions to ensure that everyone can take a full part in activities.

The Club runs every Friday from 10am to 3 pm at Upper Holloway Baptist Church.

Find out more about how you can get involved ring Milena on 020 7561 5264 or email or Hugh on 020 7561 5308 or email
